RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing high-quality customer service
• Ensuring the safety of material assets
• Cash discipline
• Product placement by group, type, taking into account the product neighborhood, frequency of demand and seasonality
• Preparing the product for sale
• Informs the Manager of the retail chain about the discovery of goods that do not meet the requirements of pre-sale preparation
• Implementation of the store's sales plan and personal plan
• Resolving conflict situations between sellers and buyers and within the team
• Control of the safety of goods in the sales area and in other places of its storage, as well as commercial equipment and inventory in the store
• Participation in inventory surveys
• The design of the trading floor
• Control and completion of primary accounting documentation
• Monitoring compliance with labor and production disciplines
• Mentoring, employee training
• Monitoring attendance at training events
• Creating a positive image of the company among customers
• Providing customers with comprehensive information about the company, product, and additional features
• Conducting knowledge assessment among employees (salespeople, interns)

WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:

• Successful work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year
• Knowledge of the specifics of retail trade
• Successful experience in building and managing a team
• Strong managerial skills, active lifestyle, stress tolerance, ability to work in multitasking mode, customer orientation, high efficiency
• An experienced PC user
