Responsibilities:
- Consulting clients on size range
- Creating images and assisting with selection
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
- Staff training
- Working at the cash register and knowledge of 1C
- Maintaining order in the store
- Product display
- Participating in inventory
Requirement:
- Cash handling and working with cash documentation
- Customer communication skills
- Ability to maintain a client base
- Good communication skills and literacy
- Experience in a management position (administrator, deputy store manager, senior salesperson)
- At least 2 years of retail experience (non-food products)
- Desire to earn, grow, and develop in sales
- Proactive and team-oriented
