Location: Leningradskoye Highway, 14 km; the store is conveniently located for residents of Lobnya, Skhodnya, Khimki, Zelenograd, Solnechnogorsk, as well as residents of northwest Moscow (free corporate shuttle available).

We are actively growing and are looking for a strong, proactive, results-oriented Store Manager to join our team.

What you will be responsible for:

• Sales management: organizing store operations to meet revenue plans and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Personnel management: recruitment, onboarding, training, motivation, and scheduling for the team of sales consultants.
• Inventory control and merchandising: overseeing receiving, repricing, inventories, and compliance with the brand's visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Service and customer focus: maintaining a high level of customer service, handling feedback and complaints.
• Administration and reporting: maintaining cash discipline, timekeeping, interacting with the shopping center, landlords, and regulatory authorities, and sending reports to the office.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Retail experience (preferably in Fashion / clothing) as a manager, director, or senior administrator for 1–3 years.
• Confident PC skills and knowledge of accounting software (1C: Trade, Excel).
• Team management skills (leadership qualities, ability to inspire and resolve conflicts).
• Understanding of visual merchandising specifics and fashion trends.
• Results orientation, responsibility, and independence.
